Why Is Zakat On Salary Linked With Production
Salam .. according to Ghamidi sahab , there is 10% zakat on every salary because its like we are producing money … but i have 2 concerns regarding this ..
1. There were people on salaries in old times or not? If there were any then why Hazoor Pak SAW didn’t cleared it properly…
2. I think there is difference in producing something and getting something … in job we give service to get the money we dont produce it ..
Can you please clear my concerns??

In the time of the prophet service industry was not established. It is an application of zakat on production. To produce crops or produce salary or charge fee is the same. In both cases, something valuable is produced. It is production.
