What is Religious antagonism(مذہبی مخاصمت) and do which extent it should be present?

It should not be there. To fight or have a grudge against other opinions and scholars and followers of other schools of thought and sects is antagonism which is discouraged.

But Here ghamidi sahb says that the religious antagonism was always there and will always stay with the Jews and any other religion followers

It will be with the ones who are on it. Allah has instructed us:
لَّا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ ﴿
إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
God does not forbid you to do good and be just to those who have neither waged war against you in the matter of religion nor driven you out of your homes. Indeed, God likes the just.
What God forbids you is to make friends with those who have fought against you on account of your religion and have driven you out of your homes and helped others in driving you out. [He forbids you from this and warns you that] those who make friends with such people, it is they who are the wrongdoers.
