Whom should we follow for guidance ? Only Quran ? Some authentic Hadith books ? Or some scholar books like women dress code by albani?

We are not supposed to follow anything or anyone without reasoning. The Qur’an is the primary source of guidance. Everything else will be judged in the light of Qur’an to follow.
Certain rules have been described to understand Qur’an hadith and scholarly opinions. One should know them and if one finds them good follow the rules and principle to understand the directives of Deen.
