Whom should we follow for authentic guidance ? Only Quran? Some authentic Hadith books? Or some scholar books like dress code py Al albani ?

Quran and Sunnah are the only sources of Islam.
Arguments should be judged according to them. Since a normal person lacks the training to deduce the principle, you can ask the question to scholars of your choosing. Whatever argument appeals to you, follow it.
