Ghamidi sahb says that excluding eatables only 5 things are haram in islam then what about gold and resham hurmant as they are haram for muslin men.

Gold and silk are not haram, whether it be for men or women. Please refer to verse 7:32, which implicitly criticizes the clerics who prohibited gold and silk for men:
7:32 Say, “Who has forbidden the nice things that God has brought forth for His servants and the good provisions?” Say, “They are in this worldly life for those who acknowledge, and they will be exclusive for them on the day of Resurrection” We thus explain the signs for those who know.
The authority to declare something haram rests with God alone. It has not been delegated even to the Prophets. For anything to be called haram, there must be clear and concrete evidence from Quran.
