Is there any relationship between taswaf and Nafsi Ilm . I think what the believers of taswaf talks about like their different observations is actually due to expertise of Nafsi Ilm. In their training and due to of doing different zikr with concentration, different cells of mind become active and they started observing different things which we called karamats.

Yes. This is right. Additionally, the Qur’an tells that Jinns also help such people with their powers as were looking for mystic experiences. And some fall to their own hallucination.
