Aoa , my question is if father is no more or you your parents are divorced ? So who will be your wali ? Can your stepfather or your maternal grandfather or maternal uncle or half brother from mother side be your wali ? Many scholars says that only males from your maternal side can be your wali .

Nothing has been fixed in Sharia in this regrad. In the absence of a law, it depends on the norms of the society (maruf/urf) which are well known in the society. Guardian (wali) can be from either paternal side or maternal side, there is no such bar.
