Arz E Akheera Qirat
Is Arz e akheera qirat historically proven to been qirat e aamah? I’ve heard that there aren’t any proofs of it before 3th Hijri.
Also, many countries have official mushaf based on other qirats and those qirats have ijma and tawatur. Does that not go against Ghamidi sahab’s view that there is ijmaa and tawatur on riwayat e hafs?

It is reported in Sahih Muslim, 2450 and Bukhari 3624۔
One should know that the ahadith recorded in the books like Bukhari and Muslims were the well known traditions, being transmitted through reliable people, being discussed and were recorded in the earlier compilations before. Most of these earlier compilations were not preserved as their knowledge was compiled in later books.

There is no other reading of quran which is transmitted through ijma and tawatur. If a tradition at the time of its birth doesn’t gain ijma, the later ijma or tawstur doesn’t make it mutawatar and Majma aleh.
