43:45 God ask the prophet to ask the messengers before him, isn’t this an illogical verse since they have all died. How is this understood?

It’s a rhetorical way to make the point, it means : look into the earlier revelations and ask yourself (Muhammad Asad). Read in conjunction with 10:94.
