    During Ramadan, I fulfill my Zakat obligations. I used some savings to invest in a pre-construction house, set to close in early spring 2025. Do I need to pay Zakat on the advance payment? The house is not my primary residence but rather purchased for investment purposes. @Canada

    It will be considered saving and Zakat of 2.5% will be paid on this amount of investment.
