    Assalamualaikum!

Ghamidi Saheb often inclines to the idea of Muslim world having negotiations and talks with today’s world powers in order to establish peace and stability in regions of conflict (ex. Palestine and Kashmir).

But when we look at Afghanistan, the Taliban jihadists apparently seem to have gained victory over NATO.

Was this really a military victory of Taliban?

(P.s: I’ve listened to two part analysis of war in Afghanistan)

    Walaikumasslam!

There is no shadow of doubt that in today’s time the muslim world doesn’t possess the power to be recognized as the World power like the west. Hence, the Muslim world should conciliate with the western world in order to gain personal and political interest through dialogues and alliances.

As you mentioned Afghanistan, Afghanistan doesn’t represent the muslim world as a defender or a leader. The motive of the war was to gain control over their own land as a government of Taliban. There are various other reasons why and how Taliban gained control so quickly. Now getting to the point:

    1. Afghanistan is not a world power nor it is a muslim leader.

    2. It fought for control over its own territory.

    3. Taliban gained control for its own personal interest.

    4. Afghanistan would never dare to face India or Israel.
