Are there quranic verses or even ahadith that advise a man to part from evil thoughts or self hatredd if a person is dealing from self hate or emotional things like depression anxiety etc
Can u state queanjc verses in this regard ?

Such psychological conditions need to be addressed by the person himself or herself or should take a psychiatrist’s help.
The Quran tells us that life is a test, and one should take care of one’s moral self in every situation. If one commits a mistake or sin in an emotional flow, one should repent and forgiveness will be granted. True repentance can remove every sin.
If one does not have a very high opinion of one’s self, then one should try to achieve higher moral status. A continuous struggle is appreciated no matter how successful one is in one’s efforts.
