Whispering Talawat While Breathing In
my question is that when praying namaz silently. we are required to make tilawat silently, some scholars say that it should be to some extent that we can at least hear our own voice. while reciting, if some words are recited as whisper, while breathing in. will it be valid? or the recitation must be having breathing out for it to be valid?
