Itekaf
Want to know if women are allowed to do itekaf at home, as there are lot of difficulties for women to do this in mosques. There are no provisions for women to do ietekaf in mosques. Some ulemas say that women can not perform ietekaf at home

Itikaaf is meant to be held in mosques.
Unfortunately our mosques do not accommodate women.
However, a similar form of this at home can be adopted.
The purpose is to remember God in seclusion which will be achieved.
