Gender Interaction
Imam birgivi in his manual mention two narrations which prohibits explicitly the praise of women infront of men and the interaction with opposite gender even unneccessary salutation,
(Al tariqa al mohammadi) imam birgivi
( Al muatta ) imam malik
If such prohibition really does existed then what are those event which Dr mazhar Yasin Siddiqui mentioned in his book?

What seems inappropriate in a given situation it is inappropriate. When it is not, it is not. Decency and indecency is determined by cultural norms. and if a cultural norm or a man’s or a scholar’s personal preference is against the Quranic allowance, it will be corrected.

@Irfan76 yes sheikh but what about the above narrations which explicitly prohibits praising of beauty of women and talking to non mahram without dire necessary! Explain about those ahadees

It is also in a situation which is inappropriate.when it is not it is ok. Implicit conditions are not mentioned as they are inherently understandable.

@Irfan76 hazrat please mujhe itna bata dijiye ,k isme riwayat me jo arbi me hai usme nahi ne mana Kiya aurat ki tareef se aur mana kiya gair mahram aurat se baat karne se bila zaroorth! Phir dusri riwayaton me ye b. Milta hai k khud nabi Jamila bint sabit ko khubsurat kaha !
Ek aur riwayaat me ap apni ghulama k ghr Gaye dil joii k liye !
Phir ye riwayaaton me ap ne sexual non sexual ki tafreeq kiye bigair haram qarar diya bila zarurat baat ko aur tareef ko !
Joint family me profession me aur dusre maqamat me zarurat k bina b interaction hota hai iski raushni me wo sab haram na jaiz hogaya?

وہی اصول ہے کہ جب کوئی چیز نا مناسب ہوتی ہے تو اسے نامناسب کہا جاتا ہے جب نہیں ہوتی تو نہیں کہا جاتا ہے۔ اس کا فیصلہ حالات سے طے ہوتا ہے۔ انسانی رویے ان چیزوں کو سمجھتے ہیں۔ انسانی رویے سیکھیے۔

Is riwayaat me nabi aliahisam ne sarahtan mana kiya kisi gair mahram se baat karne se bila zaroorth hatta k salam b nahi,aur ise zaban ka zina qaraar diya ! Is me kisi b situation ki taqsees nahi batai gayi ? Jab salam b karne se mana kar Diya Gaya bila zaroorth to munasib kaisa hai ?
Mai samjhta tha k ulama ne dire necessary k bagair baat karne haram mahes apni aqal se qaraar diya lykn yaha to hadees hai jaha khud nabi ne ise zaban ka zina kaha ,to ab family gatherings ya social gatherings sab haram hogyi kyu usme bus dil jooi k liye milte hai ashad zarurat waha b nahi hoti ? Phir is riwayaat ki wazahat farmaiye

یہ الفاظ رسول اللہ کے نہیں کہ بلکہ عنوان قائم کیا ہے مصنف نے۔
دوسرے یہ کہ حدیث کی روایت بالمعنی یعنی ان ڈائریکٹ ہوتی ہے اس سے اصول اخذ نہیں کیے جاتے۔ اصول قرآن سے معلوم ہوتے ہیں۔
قرآن میں سورہ نور آیت 30 اور 31 میں صراحت ہے کہ مرد و خواتین ایک دوسرے کے سامنے آئیں تو چند آداب کا خیال رکھیں۔ اصول وہاں سے نکلے گا۔
سلام کے موقع ہوگا تو سلام کیا جائے گا۔ موقع نہیں ہوگا تو کرنا مناسب نہ ہوگا۔ یہ سماجی رویے ہوتے ہیں انھیں سماج سے سیکھا جاتا ہے۔ ایسے ہی چیزوں کی تلقین رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ہاں ملتی ہے۔ مناسب اور نا مناسب کا فیصلہ ہم موقع اور صورت حال سے کرتے ہیں۔
