Being so good and able to say no to something or someone is the real goodness.

Being Good is never easy. This is a test by Allah. Remember, every person around you is for your trial and you are a trial for them whether be it your parents or even your partner. Being good even knowing people are taking advantage of your goodness is what patience is and whatever good you do it must be for the sake of Allah and you must keep doing it.
And do good. Surely Allah loves the doers of Good. 2:195
