کیا حج میں قربانی کے فوری بعد بال کٹوا کر احرام کی پابندیاں ختم کرنا لازم ہے؟ یا پھر ہم طواف اور سعی مکمل کرنے تک بال کٹوانا موخر کر سکتے ہیں؟

جی ہاں۔ پہلے بال کٹوانے ہیں پھر طواف اور سعی کی جایے گی۔

یہ آپ ایک دفعہ غامدی صاحب سے پوچھ دیں۔ میں اپنے سوال کی مزید وضاحت بھی کر دیتا ہوں۔ میں نے یہ اسلئے پوچھا ہے کہ یہ بات سمجھ میں نہیں آتی کہ حج میں قربانی کرنے کی بعد احرام کی آدھی پابندیاں ختم ہوتی ہیں لیکن بیوی سے تعلق طواف مکمل ہونے تک قائم نہیں کر سکتے۔ اس کا مطلب ابھی احرام جاری ہے تو پھر کیوں نہ مکمل احرام طواف کے بعد ہی کھولا جائے۔ دوسرا نقطہ یہ ہے کہ ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ حج کی ایک چھوٹی شکل عمرہ ہے تو اس میں تو ہم قربانی اور طواف کے بعد احرام کھولتے ہیں۔ عقل کہتی ہے کہ حج میں بھی ایسے ہی ہونا چاہیے

Firstly, the rituals of Hajj and Umrah have been prescribed this way in Sharia therefore, we cannot change any order of these rituals.
Secondly, as far as the rationale behind this specific ritual of trimming of hair is concerned: There are certain restrictions of Ihram which relate purely to the “Worship of Offering” (Nazar) like refraining from shaving/trimming hair and nails before animal sacrifice and doing it after the sacrifice. Therefore, these restrictions of Ihram which relate specifically to the Nazar are lifted with animal sacrifice, the remaining restrictions of Ihram will be lifted after Tawaf in case of Hajj. For Umrah, since animal sacrifice is the last ritual therefore all restrictions of ihram are lifted afterward.
