Combining Salah WITHOUT Reason
There are some schools who say you can combine zuhr and asr OR magrib and isha WITHOUT any reason on a random day as well. What is Ghamidi sahab’s opinion on that.
NOTE: I am asking combining WITHOUT any reason, I know Ghamidi sahab is okay with combining prayers in dangerous or busy situations.

Salah is obligatory five times a day. In case of an undue difficulty, Zuhr and Asr, as well as Maghrib and Isha can be combined. In such cases 4 rakahs can also be shortened to 2 rakahs. Under normal circumstances, the five obligatory salah should be offered in their due time.
