Sajda Sahw
After long time( like if prayer time has ended) has passed and you realised you only prayed 3 rakahs instead of 4 rakahs in Asr namaz..can we just offer sajda sahw will this be fine or should we do missed rakah and then offer sajda sahw or should we repeat the Asr prayer…what will be best approach?

If the time is gone the time to compensate the mistake is no more. You can repeat it if you like to and that would be a good kind of act.
