Ok so is the husband sinful if he doesn’t care about the rights of his wife like he forces her wife to take care of his parents and to clean and cook on her own instead of keeping a maid bcz he thinks it would be beneficial for her but its not obligatory and is forced and its the right of her wife to just neglect these things bcz its not obligatory and she dont wsnt to do it

Domestic affairs do not work that way. One has to take care of the needs and demands of the husband to earn his love and care. A home is not a court where you can win your case with the law, it needs a lot more.
Such things should be decided before marriage that what roles or functions a woman would do and what not. Whoever usurps the rights of others is sinful. In this case, the conscience is the best judge.

A man should also do something to earn the love of wofe its not only the wife who should do it always it doesnt mean that he can order her around despite her own choices and to see if shes comfortable with that or not
