Is established history (tawatur) scientific? And why didn’t other scholars in islamic history notice qiraat al ammah the way ghamidi does?

It is a historical fact.
Other scholars consider it the same. The word qirat Amma itself tells that people used to refer it as a general recitation. Scholars mentioned it in their books that this passed through generations to generations to reach us.
