It is not clear to me what do you mean by folding clothes. However there is no specifications for some particular posture for Dua.
All that is required is to adopt a humble way while praying to God. Different ways are adopted like raising hands and praying in prostration.

I mean, can you pray namaz with your clothes folded?

Still it makes no sense to me. All we need to have a decent dressing while praying. However this is all about manners, not prerequisite of prayers.
