Discharge Before And After Mensturation
Assalam o alaikum
I have heard that if a women get brown or yellow discharge before her periods start it does not affect her purity . Is that so
Secondly if a women gets same discharges after her periods it is considered impurity and she cannot take ceremonial bath until she sees white. Why is that so?

The start of the menstrual cycle makes her impure. If the cycle starts with a brownish or yellowish discharge, it indicates the start of the period.
However, if the cycle ends for sure, and women know when it ends, and later a woman finds a discharge after taking a bath, it does not necessitate taking a bath again, however, it is recommended to take bath to end a doubt.
