I’ve question regarding binance futures, that as we take leverage on our investment and we are selling the share without having its ownership, and contract to sell in future over the thing that isn’t in my ownership, how would you justify that it is halal trading?

The basic principle is that there should be no deception or intend to harm others in trade and business.

The condition to own a thing before selling it to others is based on this principle. But now in the modern mode of business selling without ownership an accepted norm of business and documentation leaves almost not risk of deception. Therefore it is lawful. However where there is no such documentation or other guarantee is involved and the element of deception is visible it won’t be allowed.
