    For example, someone walking arrogantly on the road but minding his own business. If someone says something bad to him in a hateful way to hurt him, is it justifiable? I mean one things is for sure that arrogance is a major sins. In this case it is only a sin between that first person and God, or is it a sin against the second person who reacted in a hateful manner as well?

    A common man’s jurisdiction to correct others is his close circle. He can only suggest in a positive way to correct someone close to him who is willing to listen to him.
