Hajj Under Pakistani Passport

I travel usually on Australian passport. But I have been told that it is difficult to get haj trip on Australian passport and I should renew my Pakistani passport so I can travel under overseas quota …. I feel this is dishonesty… can you please explain thsi bit more ? Thanks

If it is legally allowed it is not dishonestly. If it it not then it is a dishonesty.
