We often face situations when people express opinions or state facts that may be mislead to listeners. If it is about Deen, it becomes part of duty of shahadat to present a correct point of view or information, if one has necessary competence.

A mega cultural problem in our society is that it offends people when they are told that they are not justified and don’t have enough basis to say what they do.

It is a problem that must be solved at national/cultural level.

I request, scholars of religion to promote a culture of learning and intellectual norms in the society. And, also share some relevant guidance from Quran and religious scholarships here.

A common man’s responsibility is to address his close circles only when they are ready to listen.

However forums for discussions are made for the purpose of discussion where we present our point of view. Our tone should not be offending but it happens that some people get offended. This is natural. We can only try to promote the culture of dialogue with our example.

One should know one’s position before one gives one’s opinion. It helps mitigate that conflict.
