And why immediately after demise of Moses pbuh prophets like yusha ibn noon pbuh were given prophecy…
In this case already it wouod have been done by torah or tawatur after moses pbuh

Inzar was done by the prophets therefore their book didn’t have inzar but only law.
In the case of the last prophet, the book also contained inzar, and the prophets was asked to do inzar with the book. It was the book which did the inzar before and it does the same for us.
