Zakat On Plot Intended To Re-Sale At Right Value
I have purchased a plot say 3million of a value. I have deposited 1.5 million in installments. Now plot is in loss its value is some where around 2 millions. I don’t intend it to sell unless it gives me 3.5 million plus. What’s the zakat procedure if it has any ? I’ve read an Arab mufti writing that zakat will be paid once u sell it and one time only …
