Willingly Paying Interest To The Investor In The Name Of Business Deal
If someone gets money from a relative in the name of investment, and tells him that he will pay profit from the business deal after a month,,,, but in reality there is no deal and he is actually paying the original amount plus “so called” profit from his pocket. Will the profit taker be considered “consumer of riba”.
Is anyone of the 2 parties doing anything sinful???

Since there is no business deal to begin with no genuine investment being done therefore, the investee has deceived the investor and has committed a sin while there is no blame on the investor.

The question was only in the context of “Riba”….. Is the one who is getting “so called profit” actually commiting a sin as “Riba Consumer”???,,,,,, And, the person who is paying profit, is he involved in the sin of “Riba” in any way???

Riba is only in a loan transaction where money is borrowed and profit is demanded on that loan by the lender. In this example, there is no such loan arrangement and the investor here is being deceived by the investee. There is no Riba here.
