  Obligation Of Jihad (at Present Situation In Palestine)

  My question is about the situation in palestine now a days, is it obligatory for every muslim now to leave everything and go for jihad/help them.?or it should be state policy to send troops to help them? If the state would do nothing to help them . Is it obiligatory for every person to help them if he/she want jannah?
