If such persons can identify themselves as man or woman on the basis of having more characteristics of either of the genders, they will be considered accordingly man or woman. If not then, they will be considered what they want to be.

If they can perform the function of man or woman that can marry.

There are hadiths were prophet said that Allah cursed men who imitate women and vice versa.

Which type of people are discussed in it

      http://sunnah.com/tirmidhi:2784

Another hadith were prophet banned a man who applied henna etc

“Various ḥadīth state that Muhammad cursed the mukhannathun and their female equivalents, mutarajjilat, and ordered his followers to remove them from their homes.[wikipedia]”

So if someone is feminine/masculine since childhood or due to any reasons but there gender is opposite. Are they cursed?

      Sir its still confusing..

If someone is feminine or masculine due to thier childhood environment or any other reason but the gender is opposite..

Are they cursed? If not then who are cursed

There is no question of curse here. This is what they are, not pretending. It is the pretention which is cursed.

If a man or woman do not have their normal natural demeanour by default, they should show themselves as they are so that the people chose to them treat them as they are. However, if they are biologically and physically man or woman or they can identify themselves as man or woman they should adopt the ways of man or woman and not otherwise.

Sir why would someone pretend to be the opposite gender? Were there any practices like that during the time of prophet SAW?

Also sir what does the term Mukhannath exactly mean? Some scholars explain it like Khwaaja-siras and some explain it like a man with feminine qualities

Some people do idenfity themselves with opposite gender. They do it for different reasons or motives.

The term “mukhannath” refers to a person who possesses both male and female physical traits. Effeminateness or masculinity, on the other hand, does not alter a person’s physical traits but is reflected in their habits, gait, and other behaviors. A mukhannath is considered either a man or a woman based on which traits are more dominant. If it is not possible to determine the dominant traits, the individual has the autonomy to decide their gender. However, an effeminate man is still considered a man, and a masculine woman is still considered a woman, and they should dress accordingly. Their natural gestures and demeanor that reflect those of the opposite gender are not considered sinful.

Sir how should people with demeanor of opposite gender live life? Is it “must” for them to change themselves

If something like this is natural to them, they, they are nor obliged to change it.
