Opening Pharmacy Store With Someone Else's Degree

I have passed my graduation and currently serving at clinic.I am also taking online lectures from you tube about pharmacy technician (category B) syllabus.i think now I am able to pass the exams but unfortunately, I can’t appear in exams by dint of not passing matriculation with science subjects.
I want to open a medical store which requires a certificate of pharmacy technician.one of my nephews has passed his matriculation with required subject but he doesn’t know much about this.
Can I get certificate by using his matriculation certificate to get pharmacy technician degree? As I have studied tha syllabus and much experience about my field .
Please guide me . Thanks

It would be a lie therefore not allowed. It is unfortunate that the systems is designed such a way that it judges a person with his degree and not by his skills. Find some other legitimate way to get your goal.
