Salam
If men can’t wear gold and silk it’s because of arrogant ppl used to wear that.
But nowadays if someone wearing Gucci or LV brands or other brands so are these things considered as arrogance? Because if someone wants to wear that(having intention not to have arrogance) but wear them he wants, so all this things will be considered as unlawful?
If NO, then wearing gold and silk, rule apply same on it(want to wear but not to show arrogance ) these days because there is no arrogant ppl nowadays who wear them.

It depends upon the intention and behaviour of the person. If one becomes arrogant because of such things he or she would be advised to avoid them.
However, Wearing things of beauty is not only allowed but preferred as these are the beauties produced for the believers. See verse 7:32.
