    Assalamu Alaikum,

Does a person who falls under the category of Usar (i.e. continuous urinal incontinence, flatulence, etc) have to perform ablution (wudhu) every time even before making supplication and the recitation of the Holy Qur’an?

Also, what if someone does not falls under the category of Usar, but, has continuous incontinence of the nullifiers of wudhu, with very short gap of time (in which he can pray)?

In this condition, the person has to perform ablution for every prayer (Namaz) only. There is no obligation to have ablution before supplications out of Namaz and for the recitation of the Quran.
