Namaz During College Time
I asked the college after paying the fees when I had option of full refund that namaz facilities are available in the campus or not..they didn’t disagree..but if they deny now I don’t have other options to go…so if they deny it will be difficult to pray asr namaz…so can I pray asr with dhuhr
