So, In continuation of my previous Question regarding fair dealings in Business. I Have a new Query.

Me and My husband had a long discussion. He informed me, that the rice we produce on our agricultural land are exported , but the custom inspectors sitting in Karachi, do not clear our shipment and demand money, no matter what you do, they demand money or else they sabotage ur shipment.

Similarly, in local context, many officers in Govt. Offices demand a sum of money for our right ful NOCs or official permissions. For e.g if you have a contract with Govt to supply a certain product from ur factory. You have produced everything on their demand honestly, you sell it to them, but the Quality insurance officer does not grant you Quality clearance unless you give them their demanded money. These are the real life scenario my husband faces. Is giving them money for our rightful and legal work still haram or a sin in this case?
