In this video mufti sahab saying that if husband is out of country or not in physical contact with his wife for a long time and still wife gives birth to a child, he cannot accuse his wife of adultery because he cannot provide shahadat of 4 people and hence child will be considered as halali and husband will have the right to accept or reject the child but cannot accuse his wife for anything.
Whats the other opinion in this matter? Is this only Hanafi law or other school of thoughts also have the similar views?

This inference from the hadith not valid in the cases when a husband is absent for a considerable long time. The hadith refers to a dispute on paternity of child and not about absence of a husband for a long time. The ruling of one case cannot be applied to a different case.
