Difference In The Inheritance Distribution Coming From Either Parents?
Under Islamic injunctions is the inheritance from mother and father to be divided in the same proportion amongst their children? i.e. is the treatment of division of respective inheritance from both parents amongst the children same?
Similarly, are both parents allowed to gift from their own estate / property as per their respective wills?
