Is Black Magic Real?
If black magic is real then why can’t governments use it to kill their opponents in war? Or if is that real then why people don’t use it on judges to threat them and win their favour?

Because it’s a lost art. A sort of a science that is practiced in secrecy but seemed to have backfiring effects which makes people even more reluctant to investigate and learn about it. However current knowledge about it mostly experience based and unreliable reports, it is not a topic for religion to answer either way.
However if people can regain this art, it is possible it can be abused in war and crimes. But based on effects reported, it is not that effective. Mostly mental damage, inconsistent results, unusual expensive cost and dependent on how weak the target is. It may not be that reliable tool for war and threats anyway.

If islam confirms its existence then it can’t leave people in anxiety and fear it should give its cure too. Because I didn’t believe in black magic and now I’m bound to believe it because islam confirms it in Qur’an Does Islam provide its cure and how can we say someone is affected by black magic?

There is no ‘should’ for God. We are grateful for what God gave us already, He is in no obligation to us. Qur’an confirms many things, including like angels, jinns, nations past away and other universes etc, if it starts giving details about everything it confirms to relieve people’s anxieties, the book would never end.
This is type of art, a science and a knowledge that is good if used properly and harmful if abused. Like how making of steel provides construction of weapons that one uses to protect and other uses to rob, religion is not here to teach you how to make steel anymore than it is to teach you about magic nor it is here to provide cure for things human like to abuse. If there is a need to learn about it, people will learn about it and develop its cure. Just like medicine, just like mental issues, just like economic issues, just like political issues etc.
There are experts in this art probably, seek them for answers about cure and how to tell if someone is affected. Be caution, most are fake and it is common sense one should not give much heed to it.
