Surah Nisa Verses 92-100
I am referring to the following video of Ghamdi saab: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbxYpiu87BM&t=239s
I noticed that in these verses Allah is telling Muslims that if other Muslims are killed accidentally what needs to be done, however, I don’t see any mention of any non-muslims that get killed accidentally who were neutral especially the ones specifically mentioned in previous verses I.e. those who don’t have capacity to join Muslims neither will fight against them. Is it assumed if those are killed accidentally its ok?

At this point, it is about Muslims, for non-Muslims, see the other verses, for example, 60: 8

This is about the battlefield. There if a non-Muslim killed accidentally, who was not a combatant, no indemnity was paid, because the killing had already been sanctioned by God and he was killed on the battlefield.

4:90 “except those who are allies of a people you are bound with in a treaty or those wholeheartedly opposed to fighting either you or their own people….”
In the verse above in bold are those people who are not Muslims but are not choosing any sides and Allah is ordering not to kill them as they are to be protected. Ghamdi saab also gave same explanation.
Why in verses 92 onwards only Muslims are mentioned to be compensated if killed accidentally and not these people? Is their life less valuable?

These battles were against the polytheists who were declared to be annihilated. Therefore their killing in the battlefield was allowed. Now if a polytheist did not want to fight the Muslims he should not join the war and should not be on the battlefield. If he was there he would be counted among them.
During the battle it is not possible to stop the attack. Therefore the exception is made only for those who during the battle declared their belief in Islam. Although their declaration in such a situation is dubious that they might ave faked it just tor save their lives, still Muslims were instructed not to kill him.
