If a man gives money to his brother from earning from a shop owned by his father who is not alive and he has not given his other siblings their due inherited share, will it be incumbent upon the brother who took this money to share it with the siblings because its source was to be divided among them?

If the money given to one brother came from the shop, and the estate has not yet been divided, that brother may have a moral and legal obligation to share this money with the other siblings. This is because the money from the shop is part of the estate and should be distributed according to the shares specified in Islamic inheritance laws.

Jazakallahu khayr. Please update if you think there may be some other more appropriate ruling.
