Namaz While Walking Or Driving
Ghamidi sahab in many of his talks has said that due to unavoidable rush situations, a person can offer prayer while walking or driving. I want to understand the process of offering prayers in such cases. Should it include folding hands, reciting prayer, moving heads as symbolic of ruku or sujood.
For example, in one such situation, I closed my eyes and in my mind recited the takbir, ayah, visualised ruku and sujood and so on for the four rakah. Please let me know of this is a valid approach or not. I want to offer prayers on time, but I couldn’t due to situations. I often offer 4 prayers qaza at night together or sometime in the process that is afore mentioned. Please guide me . Jazakallah

There is no specific postures in such situations. Whatever you can do according to your comfortability is acceptable
