Concept Of Brahma In Hinduism
In this video ghamidi sabh says that regarding second type of polytheism that people believe there is one creator but they associate partner with creator..like hindus believe Brahama is a creator but they associate partners like Vishnu ,Shiva with Brahma..my question is let’s say hindus just worship Brahma and do not associate partner with Brahama for maintaining this creation like they do it now..so won’t they still be doing shirk…as they have image of Brahma in mind and various stories linked to Brahma…so Brahma would be still considered another diety even if Hindus don’t associate partners with Brahma like shiv or Vishnu…so worshiping Brahama even when no partners is associated with him would be considered shirk only..Is my understanding correct ?

Here in this video according to my understanding javed ghamidi sabh is referring Brahma as Allah…but according to my understanding Brahma will be considered another diety only not Allah even if Hindus don’t associate partner with Brahma.

It depends how they present Brahma if it ever comes down to the sole worship of Brahma. Currently, even if they start worshipping only Brahma as the sole creator of the universe, the mythologies surrounding Brahma will put them in the first category (a) of polytheism as mentioned below i.e. being given birth and giving birth to others.

What is polytheism? Associating other gods with God Almighty is termed as polytheism (shirk) in the terminology of the Quran. It means:
(a) to regard someone to have the same genre as that of God or to regard God to have the same genre as someone; or
(b) to regard someone to have a role in creation or in running the affairs of the creatures and in this manner make someone God’s peer to some extent or another.
Examples of the first type of polytheism are the beliefs of Christians and the Polytheists of Arabia about Jesus (sws) and Mary (sws) and about the angels respectively. The belief of wahdat al-wujud is another example of this.
Examples of the second type are the beliefs regarding Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in Hinduism and the beliefs regarding Ghaws, Qutub, Abdal, Data and Gharib Nawaz among Muslims. Belief in evil spirits and stars and in the powers of Satan, also belong to this category of polytheism.

Meaning then we have to see how they present their concept of God. Is Brahma portrayed the same way we consider Allah or does it come with all the prevalent myths which also include stories of the creation of Brahma himself and him giving birth to other creations etc.
