Attending Events With Mixed Gathering Or Other Immoral Acts
As muslims are we allowed to attend events (especially when you are invited by closest of your relative and your absence might break their heart) such as weddings now a days when there is gender mixing, vulgur music, dancing and all that stuff?

There’s nothing wrong with mixed gender gatherings as long as the norms of gender interaction (link below) are not violated.
For any other immoral acts, one can still attend the events but excuse themselves out of such acts.
