Such misconceptions are a complete ignorance of knowledge and history. The history of the 1400 years or more is not a myth. This is standing in the full light of history. The Muslims established great empires soon after the prophet and spread and contributed to the knowledge and they have always been practicing Islam. So the one who ignores these historical facts is blatantly ignorant.
