When a person is related to you and there is something going not-good between both. Other might take some action in the future. Its common that a person thinks about possible negative outcomes and consider that the other person might be trying to harm him/her or his/her intentions might not be genuine, so the person should be cautious. And based on this thought, the person acts accordingly. So, would this be bad ghumani? Or what is bad ghumani if its not?

Badd gumani is assumption, and not based on some evidence. Thefore one should not develop negative thoughts unless one finds a solid evidence for that.
Some people are not speculative in relationships. They need to be cautious about their negative thoughts.
