Like I concluded a conclusion without any bisaedness and conclusion is negative and conclusion is about a leader stance on a matter should I do huzan zan about that persons intention it is enough or I should refute that conclusion itself ?

About public figures, we have to develop an opinion. But that opinion must be based on facts, not on perception. In politics, perceptions are built based on propaganda, which is mostly not true. As Muslims, we cannot call anyone including a politician a thief or an agent of some foreign power, etc, unless it is proven factually, the same goes for adopting or accepting a positive opinion about a politician. We have to base our opinion on facts only.
