Beauty is an innate sense in human. But today we see that culturally there are very high beauty standards specially for women, so would Islam put a limit to these standards which are culturally made and is also a cause of stress in today’s societies?

Some people have like that maybe by birth his nose is twisted, or body fat etc, so would it be permissible?
Or some people who lose their hairs because of age, they get hairs by surgeries?
And secondly because of social standard pressures people do, like Michael Jackson did many surgeries for becoming white?
