Buying Things With Trademarked Logos
So I mistakenly ordered a Barbie dress set for daughter. I feel guilty as I know Barbie is a trademarked title. A third party shouldn’t using it. I really need to know if participating in copyright infringement of such minor nature E.g buying trademarked logo shirt or buying a Spider-Man or superman toy or backpack not from the the company that owns their rights ( which btw owing to the currency exchange and export charges ) will cost an obnoxious amount of money if a child really wants it. The parent company really doesn’t exist here in Pakistan ( probably because most people wouldn’t be able to afford the prices). I did order it by mistake but I’m worried about the future as this is lsuper normal here, I’m not sure if I can avoid it easily and I worry if I’m just being OCD about it rather than it being a genuine moral issue.
